Tracking

How to Track (Step by Step):

  • Locate your order confirmation email
  • Copy the order number or tracking id
  • Click on the Track Your Order link under the information tab 
  • Paste the order number or tracking id it into the field and click track
  • You will be shown real time shipping updates

Common Tracking Concerns:

  • Where do I find my tracking number? 

Tracking numbers are in the email sent to you when the order ships. They are sent to the email address you provided during the checkout process.  If you cannot locate the email or tracking number you can email us at info@uniqueuniversityapparel.com and we can look up your order and send you the tracking number and any current shipping details available.

  • What if my tracking number shows no updates?

Tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to update.  A tracking number is generated the moment the shipping label is created, but will not show any status until it is picked up by the carrier.  For example:  A USPS shipping label is printed at 7am, this triggers an email with the tracking number assigned to the label to be sent to the email address provided at checkout. The USPS carrier does not pickup packages until 4pm, so no details will be available until after 4 pm. If after 24-48 hours of no updates are showing please do not hesitate to reach out so we can investigate the issue.

  • My package shows as delivered but I haven't received it?

Carriers will sometimes mark a package delivered prematurely.  This is more common with USPS, and you can wait a day or two and see if it shows up.  After that please contact us so we can file a formal investigation with the post office. For UPS packages: Check your tracking on UPS for the most specific status. If it says "Delivered" but is missing, look around all exterior doors, bushes, and your mailbox, as drivers often hide them. Also, ask neighbors or building management, in case it was misdelivered. We have USPS Business Service Reps as well as our own UPS Rep to help us investigate any service issues.

Our daily hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm EST and customer support can be reached by phone or email during those hours. All messages are responded to within 24 business hours.

Keep in mind we do close for major US holidays. If the holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, it is observed the Friday before or the Monday after.
