We only ship to US addresses.
We offer free economy shipping for every order.
Orders shipping with free economy shipping ($0 USD) will ship using the USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground Saver. We ship Monday-Friday excluding holidays.
We ship orders same day or within 1 business day if the order comes in after the daily cut-off time (1PM EST). We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Free Shipping Option:
Economy Shipping: 5-8 business day delivery time frame and is ($0 USD).
Upgraded Shipping Options (available for purchase during checkout)
Standard Shipping: 3-4 business day delivery time frame cost is $9.95 USD for lightweight items (men/women shirts, kids clothing, infant apparel, etc.), and 12.99 for heavier items (coats, hoodies, overalls, etc.)
Second Day 2 day delivery $29.99 for smaller/lighter items (men/women shirts, kids clothing, infant apparel, etc.), $43.99 for larger/heavier items (coats, hoodies, overalls, etc.).
How to Track (Step by Step):
- Locate your order confirmation email
- Copy the order number or tracking id
- Click on the Track Your Order link under the information tab
- Paste the order number or tracking id it into the field and click track
- You will be shown real time shipping updates
If your package has not been received and it has been more than 2 days since it has been scanned delivered, or seems lost and hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us so we can start a package investigation with the carrier, and figure out if the next steps are a replacement or refund.
