What are the payment options?

Credit Cards: We accept credit cards backed by the major providers on our website, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. 

PayPal: We also accept PayPal.

Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay are also accepted.

This item will ship free ($0 USD) to all US addresses using economy shipping unless another shipping method is chosen at checkout.

We ship same day Monday-Friday. Cut off time for same day shipping is 1pm EST. This same day shipping time frame is excluding holidays. If your order is received before 1pm EST it will ship same day. Unless otherwise noted, all orders received after the 1pm EST cut off time will ship the next business day.

Most orders ship via USPS make sure to provide a valid USPS address at checkout.

If we have trouble validating your address, we will reach out to you to confirm it before shipping.

How to Track (Step by Step):

• Locate your order confirmation email
• Copy the order number or tracking id
• Click on the Track Your Order link under the information tab 
• Paste the order number or tracking id it into the field and click track

You will be shown real time shipping updates

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The 30 days is based on the delivery date not the order date.

Return of Damaged item
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or a initiating a return for a refund.

All other returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. We do not charge restocking fees UNLESS an item is returned to us used or damaged by the customer. Items returned damaged/used will be assessed a restocking fee up to 50% of the returned items price depending on the use/damage. Any restocking fee being applied will be documented with images and  descriptions.

Expedited shipping charges for discretionary returns will not be refunded. This means a return for any reason that is not the fault of the seller. This includes packages returned due to incomplete/bad addresses, item doesn't fit, don't like, no longer need, etc.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to place a new order for the size needed, and start a return for the original order.  If time isn't an issue with the exchange, send us an email and we can forward  you a label to return the original item, and once it is received back we ship out the new size and forward you the tracking number for the new size.

Refund Timeline
We will issue a refund within 2 business days of the item being returned to us.  Refunds are automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (up to 10 days), but most refunds show within 72 hours of us issuing them.
